چکیده
Pemetrexed (PEM) is used for treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. However, PEM has disadvantages like fast elimination, low bioavailability, poor tumor selectivity, and penetration. Thus, there a need using pemetrexed delivery system to increase the anticancer effect drug in cancer cells minimize its side effects. The purpose this study development alginate/chitosan nanoparticles (ACNP) that have biodegradable non-toxic structure effective therapy. In present study, ACNP were prepared ionic gelation method, was loaded via adsorption method. Drug efficiency calculated be 57.80% characterization studies performed. vitro release tests carried out at pH levels 5.5 7.4 with pemetrexed-loaded (PACNP) free pemetrexed, both results subsequently compared. Up 11% yield observed 5.5, reached up 7% 25 hours. This nanoparticle could investigated vivo further controlled pemetrexed.

Hydroxypropyl Starch Nanoparticles as Controlled Release
Hydroxypropyl starch was synthesized by modified sago starch with hydroxypropylation reaction. Hydroxypropyl starch nanoparticles with mean particle sizes of 110 nm are obtained by controlled precipitation through the drop-wise addition of dissolved hydroxypropyl starch solution into excess absolute ethanol. Piperine was loaded onto hydroxypropyl starch nanoparticles and native starch nanoparti...

a simple, rapid and low-cost scanner spectroscopy method for the glucose determination by utilizing glucose oxidase and cdte/tga quantum dots as chromoionophore has been described. the detection was based on the combination of the glucose enzymatic reaction and the quenching effect of h2o2 on the cdte quantum dots (qds) photoluminescence.in this study glucose was determined by utilizing glucose...
Encapsulation-free controlled release: Electrostatic adsorption eliminates the need for protein encapsulation in PLGA nanoparticles
Encapsulation of therapeutic molecules within polymer particles is a well-established method for achieving controlled release, yet challenges such as low loading, poor encapsulation efficiency, and loss of protein activity limit clinical translation. Despite this, the paradigm for the use of polymer particles in drug delivery has remained essentially unchanged for several decades. By taking adv...

Background: Intravenous drug delivery is an advantageous choice for rapid administration, immediate drug effect, and avoidance of first-pass metabolism in oral drug delivery. In this study, the synthesis, formulation, and characterization of atorvastatin-loaded polyurethane (PU) nanoparticles were investigated for intravenous route of administration. Method: First, PU was synthesized and charac...
متن کاملPolymeric ocular nanosuspension for controlled release of acyclovir: in vitro release and ocular distribution
The aim of this study is to formulate a novel ophthalmic nanosuspension (ONS), an alternative carrier system to traditional colloidal carriers for controlled release (CR) of acyclovir (ACV). In the present study, ONS is employed to avoid some of major disadvantages of colloidal carriers systems such as instability in cul de sac and short half life by increasing efficiency of drug encapsulation ...
